Vehicle finder will not work if your vehicle is in motion or if your vehicle ignition has not been started for 15 days or more. The connection seems to be established, but the panel on the uconnect app is not reachable.

I finally got the car out again on wednesday 11/23 for a little while, but i didn't see anything happen on the uconnect screen that would indicate activation occurred. I have done a remote start and rec’d the notification that the request was received (in app notification), but the vehicle was not actually.

The Data Is Usually There, Whenever I Look, But I Just Use The App For Remote Starting The Truck.

Customer service person was an airhead and didn't try to work hard to figure this out. I will look into that. When i go to the apps screen, uconnect is not shown as one of the available apps.
