Gas Mileage 2010 Ford F150. I've searched on here to find older. New exhaust system and a k&n low restrict air system.
The pickup is rated for 15 city 21 highway i was happy with 15.3 as my area has a lot of traffic. *based on 45% highway, 55% city driving, 15,000 annual miles and current fuel prices. My old 5.4 got max 14 mpg's and that was highway miles.

Premium gives better gas mileage because premium gas has a higher octane rating than midgrade or regular gas, it produces a little more power when burnt. Changed the plugs at 100k with the understanding mileage would drop. When i got the pickup, the display said 15.3 mph.

As Above Posters Mentioned, You Do Not Have An Eco If You Have A 2010.
